This art + connection project asked artists to create a new work addressing - however broadly or specifically they wanted to - what it means to be - or feel like - a womxn today.  The art show features 18 self-identifying womxn artists.  The reception features a wide variety of womxn talent from the South Sound along with good eats from Honey.  The workshop explores the challenges facing womxn at work and how connection can help us overcome them, featuring a diverse panel of womxn leadership from around Tacoma.  This project is funded in part by the Tacoma Arts Commission and organized by Handmade PNW/Allison Bishins Consulting.
